FAQ · Strength Gear
Resistance bands or adjustable dumbbells for home?
Different budgets and spaces, both legitimate. Resistance bands are the cheapest, most portable way to do graded strength work — excellent for small spaces and travel, judged on material, anchors, and honest resistance ranges. Adjustable dumbbells replace a whole rack in one footprint and give you heavier, more familiar loading, judged on weight range, changeover speed, and price per pound of range. If space and budget allow and you want to progress loads over time, dumbbells; if portability and price lead, bands. We review both as hardware and leave training programming to general fitness information.
