Do you test these products yourselves?

We are a desk-verification operation and we say so plainly. Our reviews are built from published nutrition labels, published third-party certificates, and published prices — read closely, recomputed independently, and checked against the brand's live listing at write time. We do not run our own lab assays, and we do not fabricate taste tests: where we mention taste or texture, it is broad user consensus, labeled as such. When a fact is not published, the review says "not published" rather than guessing. That method is the authority here — verifiable numbers over hands-on claims we have not earned.
