FAQ · Protein Powders
Whey or plant protein — which should I pick?
Whey is complete, high on protein-quality scales, mixes cleanly, and is usually the best value per gram. Plant blends (pea, rice, and soy) exist to fix the amino gaps a single plant source leaves, and soy is complete on its own — they are the right call if you avoid dairy, with the trade-offs being taste, grit, and sometimes a lower protein density per scoop. Neither is "healthier" in the abstract; the choice is dietary preference plus the dollars-per-20g math. Read the panel: some plant powders need a bigger scoop to match whey's protein, which changes the real cost.
