Electrolyte Panel
The electrolyte panel is the per-serving milligram count of the minerals a hydration mix actually delivers — principally sodium, potassium, and magnesium. It is the spec that matters, as opposed to the flavor, color, and "hydration science" language on the front. Mixes vary enormously: some are sodium-forward at a gram per stick, others are token amounts in a sugary base. We read the panel and compare on it, because the number is the product; two mixes at the same price can be completely different once you see the milligrams.
