Informed Sport is a third-party program that tests supplement batches for substances banned in sport and verifies label accuracy; certified products carry the mark and a lot number you can look up in the program's database. It is most relevant to competing athletes subject to drug testing, but for any buyer it signals a brand willing to pay for outside scrutiny. We note it because it is real and verifiable — not a self-awarded badge — and its presence is a genuine point in a product's favor.
