Third-Party Testing
Third-party testing is independent laboratory verification that a supplement contains what its label claims and is free of banned substances or contaminants — the check that turns "trust us" into evidence in a lightly regulated category. It comes in tiers: a brand's own published lab results, and stronger, certification programs like NSF Certified for Sport and Informed Sport that batch-test on an ongoing basis. We state each product's status plainly — certified, self-published, or not published — and treat "not published" as a real mark against, not a neutral blank.
