Psyllium
Psyllium is a soluble fiber derived from the husk of psyllium seeds, the active fiber in many supplements. The practical, label-level facts: it is taken with adequate water per the directions, it forms a gel, and it is dosed in grams. We report the grams and form and stop there — we do not make health claims about it. As with any fiber introduced to a routine, ramping up gradually is the common-sense note; specifics for any condition are a clinician conversation, not a supplement label's job or ours.
