Protein Timing

Protein timing is the idea of distributing protein across meals rather than loading it in one — for instance aiming for a similar amount at each meal. The weight of evidence suggests total daily protein intake matters most, with even distribution a reasonable secondary habit and the old "anabolic window" oversold. We present it as general information to help people hit a daily target when appetite is low, not as a rule with promised results. The practical takeaway is usually "reach your total," and timing is the fine-tuning.
